Experienced in various psychotherapeutic modalities (Internal Family Systems, Emotional Freedom Technique, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy), she values collaboration, equity, mutual respect and compassion.

Maia’s personal journey with holistic wellness has been a story of coming home and remembering that everything already exists within. Growing up in the military community helped her learn resilience. Watching family members struggle with mental health and substance use issues taught her about compassion. Living alongside chronic illness reminded her of the importance of self care. And a steady yoga and meditation practice continues to reconnect her with Source and grow her faith in the divine lessons our lives hold.
